Kindness
If you think that you might be less kind and helpful than other young people you might want to think about boosting your kindness. Perhaps one of the questionnaires you have completed has pointed you in this direction. Being kind to others is both good for others and yourself. Research has shown that doing good makes us feel good! People who are kind and helpful find it easier to get along with others which means keeping good friends and getting on well with your family. This helps you stay happy. It could be useful for you to look out for more opportunities to be kind to others, perhaps lending them a hand with something or even becoming a volunteer.
